2025 ¡QUE VIVAN LA REINA Y SUS PRINCESAS!

Reina Amaya Jada Jenae (Cordova) Struck

Amaya Jada Jenae (Cordova) Struck was born on April 8, 2009. She is the beloved daughter of Tony and Sonya Struck. Her maternal grandparents are Kathleen Branchal Garcia (Emilio), and Rudy Cordova. Her paternal grandparents are Rose Garza ( Jorge), and the late Robert Struck. Amaya is proud to be a generational Taoseña with deep roots in her faith, culture, and community.

Now 16 years old, Amaya is a sophomore at Taos High School, where she maintains a 4.7 GPA and is a member of the National Honor Society, GEAR UP, the Principal’s Advisory Group, and UNM’s DREAM Makers Program. She is a dedicated student-athlete who competes in varsity soccer and varsity softball. Amaya also serves faithfully as an altar server at San Francisco de Asis Parish and enjoys giving back through service projects that strengthen her community.

At age ten, Amaya served as Junior Princessa in the Taos Fiestas—an experience that helped shape her pride in tradition and inspired her to now seek the honor of La Reina de Las Fiestas de Taos.

Amaya enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with loved ones. She is exploring careers in radiology, anesthesiology, or law and looks forward to attending college. With gratitude for her roots and hope for her future, Amaya is honored to represent the heart and heritage of Taos.
